Following further consultation including the Case Officer, the proposed cable route corridor has been removed from the application. Removing the cable route from the application now, will provide additional time to explore alternatives routes that will not lead to any disruption through Londonthorpe.
The opportunity has also been taken to reduce the extent of the development by removing all areas of best and most versatile land (BMV) from the proposal. The remaining development area is 99% grade 3b land with only a small fraction of grade 3a remaining. The red line boundary has also been reduced, removing the land that would not be looked at to be part of this proposal.
